What is an “active request”?
One thing Collectaro is collecting or watching for you: a document request in progress, or a date it's tracking — a license, an insurance certificate, a contract renewal. Say your plan allows 250: you could be running 50 collection requests while tracking 200 vendor insurance certificates, all at once. Completed and archived requests free up their slot.
